Minimum Apprentice Wage Rates
WAGE RATES 2007-2008 State law requires that a registered apprentice program conduct a wage survey each year. Apprentice wages are then determined from the average wage paid to journeyman electricians. Apprentice wages for the 2007-2008 school year are listed below for each 6-month period. The average journeyman hourly rate for Sarasota/Bradenton is $17.37. This does not include benefits.
